Terms and Conditions for Mohid Imran Services

Last updated: May 13, 2026. These terms apply when you use mohidimran.com or request Shopify, WordPress, frontend, backend, Python, Django, AI automation, web scraping, or related development services from Mohid Imran.

Project scope

Each project is based on a written scope, estimate, proposal, or agreed message thread. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised timeline and additional cost.

Payments and milestones

Payments, deposits, milestone amounts, and due dates are agreed before work begins. Late payments may pause delivery until the outstanding balance is cleared. Final files, credentials, or deployment may be delivered after final payment unless agreed otherwise.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate requirements, content, assets, approvals, account access, and feedback on time. Delays in providing these items may delay the project schedule.

Revisions and approvals

Reasonable revisions are included when they match the agreed scope. Major redesigns, new features, or changes requested after approval may be treated as additional work.

Ownership and third-party tools

After full payment, custom deliverables created specifically for your project are transferred to you. Third-party themes, plugins, apps, fonts, subscriptions, hosting, and platform fees remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

Warranty and limitation

I aim to deliver reliable, professional work and fix issues related to agreed deliverables during the support period. I am not responsible for losses caused by third-party outages, hosting failures, client edits, outdated plugins, platform changes, or misuse.
